Dukung Karir Akademik, DIKE UGM Gelar Bootcamp Percepatan Studi Doktor Bagi Dosen

Solo, 14-16 Maret 2025 – Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika (DIKE), Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), telah menyelenggarakan program “Percepatan Penyelesaian Studi Program Doktor” di Aston Hotel, Solo. Program ini dirancang untuk membantu dosen DIKE yang sedang menempuh studi doktoral agar dapat menyelesaikan tahapan akademik mereka secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Selama tiga hari, peserta mendapatkan pendampingan intensif dalam berbagai aspek akademik, termasuk penyelesaian publikasi jurnal, penilaian kelayakan penelitian, persiapan ujian komprehensif, dan finalisasi proposal penelitian. Program ini didukung oleh tim promotor yang terdiri dari para ahli di bidangnya, yaitu Prof. Dr. Ir. Jazi Eko Istiyanto, M.Sc., IPU, ASEAN Eng.; Prof. Drs. Agus Harjoko, M.Sc., Ph.D.; Prof. Dr.techn. Ahmad Ashari, M.I.Kom.; Dr. Danang Lelono, S.Si., M.T.; Dr. Andi Dharmawan, S.Si., M.Cs.; serta Wahyono, S.Kom., Ph.D.

Sejumlah dosen DIKE yang turut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini antara lain Muhammad Idham Ananta Timur, Triyogatama Wahyu Widodo, Bakhtiar Alldino Ardi Sumbodo, Catur Atmaji, Ika Candradewi, Nia Gella Augoestien, Lukman Awaludin, dan Tri Wahyu Supardi. Mereka berasal dari berbagai bidang penelitian dan saling berbagi pengalaman dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik. Acara ini dikoordinasikan oleh Bokari dan Sugeng Raharjo, yang memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Dengan metode yang mencakup lokakarya, diskusi kelompok, serta sesi mentoring satu-satu dengan para promotor, program ini diharapkan dapat membantu peserta mencapai target akademik mereka lebih cepat. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDGs No. 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) dan SDGs No. 9 (Industri, Inovasi, dan Infrastruktur), dengan mendukung pengembangan riset dan inovasi melalui peningkatan kapasitas akademik dan penelitian. Para peserta menyambut baik program ini dan berharap inisiatif serupa dapat terus diadakan di masa mendatang untuk mendukung penyelesaian studi doktoral secara lebih efektif dan efisien.
