Integrasi Teknologi dan SDGs dalam Persiapan SNBT 2025: Kolaborasi Labkomdas UGM untuk Pendidikan Berkelanjutan

19 – 20 Maret 2025 — Pelaksanaan Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (SNBT) Tahun 2025 di Laboratorium Komputer Dasar Universitas Gadjah Mada merupakan bagian krusial dari proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru PTN, sesuai amanat Permendikbudristek No. 62 Tahun 2023 tentang perubahan atas Permendikbudristek No. 48 Tahun 2022. Persiapan teknis dilaksanakan selama dua hari (19-20 Maret 2025) di ruang LAB03 dan LAB04, mencakup audit, instalasi, hingga ujicoba sistem.

Pada hari pertama (19 Maret), tim melakukan audit kesiapan ruang dan jaringan, termasuk pengecekan kondisi fisik laboratorium, ketersediaan 40 PC ujian, serta stabilitas koneksi internet. Selanjutnya, dilakukan instalasi aplikasi Secure Exam Browser (SEB) pada seluruh PC ujian dan pengawas untuk mengamankan lingkungan ujian dengan memblokir akses ke aplikasi atau situs luar. Konfigurasi DNS juga disesuaikan dengan IP Gateway guna mengoptimalkan konektivitas dan mengurangi latency. Tahap terakhir hari pertama adalah instalasi server pusat yang berfungsi sebagai pengelola data ujian, termasuk distribusi soal, monitoring peserta, dan enkripsi jawaban.

Hari kedua (20 Maret) difokuskan pada ujicoba sistem dan troubleshooting. Simulasi ujian melibatkan seluruh 40 PC ujian dan 2 PC pengawas untuk menguji skenario login peserta, distribusi soal, hingga pengumpulan jawaban. Beberapa kendala teknis berhasil diidentifikasi, seperti beberapa PC yang gagal login karena sistem salah menandai peserta sebagai “tidak hadir”, serta latency jaringan di LAB04 yang kemudian diatasi melalui penyesuaian load balancing router. Setelah troubleshooting selesai, tim teknisi, admin, dan pengawas melakukan evaluasi akhir untuk memastikan semua solusi telah terimplementasi dengan baik. Proses persiapan ditutup dengan penyusunan Berita Acara Pelaksanaan Ujian (BAPU) yang mendokumentasikan seluruh temuan dan langkah perbaikan.

Persiapan ini dirancang untuk memenuhi standar Permendikbudristek sekaligus menjamin integritas dan kelancaran ujian CBT. Dengan adanya ujicoba menyeluruh dan antisipasi masalah teknis, diharapkan pelaksanaan SNBT 2025 dapat berjalan optimal dan menghasilkan seleksi mahasiswa baru yang kredibel.

Pelaksanaan persiapan SNBT 2025 di Laboratorium Komputer Dasar tidak hanya mendukung seleksi mahasiswa baru yang berkualitas, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) dengan memastikan akses yang inklusif dan merata ke pendidikan tinggi melalui sistem ujian yang andal. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam ujian CBT selaras dengan SDG 9 (Industri, Inovasi, dan Infrastruktur) dengan memperkuat infrastruktur digital dan mendorong inovasi dalam evaluasi pendidikan. Komitmen terhadap transparansi dan tata kelola yang baik dalam proses seleksi juga sejalan dengan SDG 16 (Perdamaian, Keadilan, dan Kelembagaan yang Kuat). Dengan demikian, upaya persiapan ini tidak hanya menjamin kelancaran ujian, tetapi juga turut mendorong pencapaian agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
