DIKE UGM Gelar Rapat Persiapan Akreditasi Mutu Internal (AMI) 2025

Yogyakarta, 16 Juli 2025 – Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika (DIKE) FMIPA Universitas Gadjah Mada menggelar rapat koordinasi persiapan Akreditasi Mutu Internal (AMI) tahun 2025, pada Selasa, 16 Juli di Ruang Sidang Turing DIKE. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari agenda tahunan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) yang dilaksanakan secara rutin untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pelaksanaan program studi dengan standar mutu dan rencana pengembangan yang telah ditetapkan. 

AMI bertujuan menilai sejauh mana sistem manajemen mutu telah diterapkan secara efektif, sekaligus mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Evaluasi ini mencakup kesesuaian dengan kebijakan mutu, regulasi yang berlaku, serta kapabilitas program studi dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada perbaikan berkelanjutan. 

Rapat ini  dihadiri oleh berbagai pemangku kepentingan dari lingkup departemen, termasuk Ketua Komite Kurikulum dan Pengembangan Program Studi, Ketua Gugus Jaminan Mutu dan Akreditasi, serta Ketua dan Sekretaris Departemen. Dari masing-masing program studi, turut hadir ketua, sekretaris, serta tim AMI dari program S1 Ilmu Komputer, S1 Elektronika dan Instrumentasi, S2 Ilmu Komputer, S2 Elektronika dan Instrumentasi, S2 Kecerdasan Artifisial, dan S3 Ilmu Komputer.

Acara dibuka oleh Drs. Janoe Hendarto, M.I.Kom. selaku Ketua Gugus Jaminan Mutu dan Akreditasi, dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan agenda kegiatan dan sesi diskusi bersama. Para peserta sebelumnya telah melakukan peninjauan terhadap dokumen-dokumen penting serta menyusun perbaikan internal dari masing-masing program. Diskusi berlangsung aktif dengan harapan menghasilkan pemetaan yang lebih komprehensif terhadap efektivitas sistem manajemen mutu yang tengah berjalan.

Melalui proses AMI ini, program studi diharapkan mampu mengambil langkah-langkah yang tepat dalam menyempurnakan kualitas pembelajaran dan layanan akademik. Hasil evaluasi nantinya tidak hanya berpengaruh pada akreditasi, tetapi juga berdampak langsung terhadap pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, melalui upaya peningkatan layanan dan capaian hasil belajar yang lebih baik.

Kegiatan ini turut berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) dengan memastikan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan, dan SDG 17 (Kemitraan untuk Mencapai Tujuan) melalui keterlibatan aktif seluruh unsur institusi. Rapat ini mencerminkan komitmen DIKE UGM dalam menghadirkan pendidikan tinggi yang dapat terus berkembang memenuhi kebutuhan layanan dan belajar mahasiswa.
