Curriculum for Undergraduate Program in Electronics and Instrumentation

Curriculum that currently applies is the 2021 Curriculum. 2021 Curriculum for Undergraduate Program of Electronics and Instrumentation FMIPA UGM based on:
  1. 2016 Curriculum for Undergraduate Program of Electronics and Instrumentation FMIPA UGM.
  2. Government regulation and stakeholders.
  3. evaluation of program study conducted every 5 years
  4. benchmarking with domestic and foreign institutions,
  5. input from alumni and graduate users.

The basis for changing the curriculum of the Bachelor of Electronics and Instrumentation Study Program is the 5-year curriculum review policy. In reviewing this curriculum, it is deemed necessary to adapted to the times and technology with the hope that the characteristics of the Program The Bachelor of Electronics and Instrumentation study is increasingly prominent so that it can be differentiated from other study programs, such as Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Physics Engineering or Computer Systems.

Basically, Bachelor of Electronics and Instrumentation Study Program graduates are prepared with a choice of one of two paths that bridge the gap between pure sciences and engineering, namely the development of knowledge and the application of knowledge. The Bachelor of Electronics and Instrumentation Study Program seeks education in fields that are generally between pure science, especially Physics, and engineering, especially Electrical Engineering. Especially those that have not received/ lack of emphasis on these two fields, but are needed by industry, research institutions and educational institutions within the scope of national development.
