Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika memfasilitasi pelajar untuk mempermudah mendaftar bimbingan maupun ujian agar lebih efektif. Sistem pendaftaran online dianamakan “SistemTesis”, adapun fungsinya antara lain:
1. Daftar ujian Skripsi, Proposal, Seminar dan Kerja Industri
2. Daftar usulan dosen pembimbing bagi mahasiswa

Mulai semester Genap 2024-2025 ini ada perubahan urutan Tugas Akhir sebagai berikut.
1. Tugas Akhir dapat diambil bagi yang telah lulus metodologi penelitian.
2. metodologi penelitian bisa mengambilnya bersama dengan proposal
3. Pengambilan Tugas Akhir dimulai dengan mata kuliah Proposal dimulai awal semester 6.
4. Yang telah lulus Proposal dapat mengambil Seminar dan Skripsi di semester berikutnya.
5. Yang telah lulus mata kuliah Seminar dapat melanjutkan dengan Proposal dan Skripsi di semester berikutnya.

Ketentuan Tugas Akhir dari Departemen.
Ada 4 bentuk “Skripsi”:
Skripsi, penulisan karya ilmiah, project prototyping, dan project industri.
