DIKE UGM, UiTM, dan Taman Pintar Buka Program SULAM-INA untuk Tingkatkan Literasi Digital dan Keamanan Siber

Yogyakarta, 23 Juni 2025 – Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika (DIKE) UGM bersama Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Perlis, Malaysia, dan Taman Pintar Yogyakarta resmi membuka program International Student Mobility – Service Learning Malaysia/Indonesia University for Society (SULAM-INA) pada Senin, 23 Juni 2025. Pembukaan yang berlangsung di Ruang Penemuan Turing, DIKE FMIPA UGM ini menjadi penanda dimulainya kolaborasi internasional di bidang community service dan international student mobility, yang dijadwalkan berlangsung pada 21–29 Juni 2025.

Program SULAM-INA sebagai bentuk kolaborasi internasional yang menggabungkan isu penguatan literasi digital dan keamanan siber dengan pendekatan lintas budaya. Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa dari UGM dan UiTM tidak hanya berkesempatan untuk berbagi pengalaman akademik, tetapi juga berkontribusi langsung dalam edukasi digital untuk masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda.

Dalam sambutannya, Wahyono, S.Kom., Ph.D., Ketua Departemen IKE FMIPA UGM, menyampaikan bahwa tantangan keamanan siber memerlukan kesiapan generasi muda yang tidak hanya menguasai teknologi, tetapi juga memiliki pemahaman terhadap ancaman siber. Hal serupa disampaikan oleh Agus Budi Rachman dari Taman Pintar, yang menekankan pentingnya literasi digital sejak usia dini sebagai bagian dari pendidikan karakter di era digital. Dari pihak UiTM, Dr. Nur Fatihah Binti Fauzi dan Dr. Aznoora Osman juga juga menyampaikan pentingnya kolaborasi antarnegara untuk memperkuat ketahanan digital bersama.

Prof. Drs. Roto, M.Eng., Ph.D., Wakil Dekan Bidang Pendidikan, Pengajaran, dan Kemahasiswaan FMIPA UGM, menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama ini merupakan bentuk kerja sama dalam bidang pendidikan yang mendorong pertukaran ide dan solusi untuk isu global. Ia berharap kolaborasi ini dapat terus berlanjut dan memberi dampak positif bagi penguatan kapasitas mahasiswa di Asia Tenggara.

Peserta program SULAM-INA terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika dan Instrumentasi FMIPA UGM serta delegasi mahasiswa dan dosen dari Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Sains, UiTM Cawangan Perlis, Malaysia.

Melalui program ini, juga turut berkontribusi dalam pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) dengan mendorong pembelajaran lintas negara yang relevan dan bermanfaat untuk mahasiswa dan masyarakat, SDG 9 (Industri, Inovasi, dan Infrastruktur) dengan memperkuat literasi digital dan kesadaran siber; serta SDG 17 (Kemitraan untuk Mencapai Tujuan) melalui kolaborasi yang melibatkan institusi pendidikan dan komunitas secara berkelanjutan.
