Dosen DIKE UGM Berkontribusi dalam Pelatihan Literasi Digital untuk UMKM Pariwisata di Magelang

Magelang, 3 Juni 2025 – Untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sekitar kawasan Candi Borobudur, Dinas Pariwisata dan Industri Kreatif Kabupaten Magelang menyelenggarakan pelatihan bertajuk “Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) UMKM di Era Digital.” Kegiatan ini menghadirkan Prof. Dr. Tri Kuntoro Priyambodo, Kepala Laboratorium Sistem Komputer dan Jaringan, Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika (DIKE) Universitas Gadjah Mada, sebagai narasumber yang membagikan strategi pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM lokal.

Dalam paparannya, Prof. Tri menjelaskan tentang strategi digital yang dapat diterapkan oleh UMKM, mulai dari pemasaran berbasis konten di media sosial, pengelolaan data penjualan, hingga pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana yang mendukung efisiensi usaha. Dalam paparannya, Prof. Tri menyampaikan pentingnya transformasi digital sebagai kebutuhan bagi pelaku usaha di era saat ini. “Transformasi digital bukan lagi pilihan. Ia menjadi keharusan agar usaha tetap relevan di tengah kompetisi pasar yang terus berubah,” ujarnya.

Pelatihan ini merupakan kerja sama antara Dinas Pariwisata dan Industri Kreatif Kabupaten Magelang, Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN), Politeknik Sahid, dan Universitas Gadjah Mada. Kolaborasi lintas lembaga ini tidak hanya memperkaya sudut pandang dalam pelatihan, tetapi juga membuka ruang untuk pendampingan yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan pelaku UMKM di lapangan.

Materi pelatihan mencakup strategi menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas melalui e-commerce dan media sosial, penerapan sistem pembayaran digital untuk mendukung transaksi yang nyaman dan cepat, serta teknik membangun citra produk lokal yang kuat dan menarik bagi wisatawan, baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Para peserta juga diajak berdiskusi tentang kendala dan potensi digitalisasi usaha masing-masing, sehingga pendekatan yang diambil bisa lebih terarah dan solutif. Dengan peningkatan keterampilan digital, pelaku UMKM di kawasan Borobudur diharapkan tidak hanya dapat bertahan dalam era digital, tetapi juga tumbuh menjadi bagian dari ekosistem pariwisata yang mampu beradaptasi, inovatif, dan berdaya saing.

Kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Dari aspek ekonomi, pelatihan ini mendukung SDG 8 tentang pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui peningkatan kapasitas usaha lokal. Serta dari sisi teknologi dan inovasi, pelatihan ini mendukung SDG 9 dengan memperkuat kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperluas usaha.
