Gathering Mahasiswa MKOM UGM 2025: Mempererat Kebersamaan dan Berkontribusi pada SDGs

16 Februari 2025 — Mahasiswa Magister Ilmu Komputer (MKOM) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) menyelenggarakan gathering tahunan sebagai ajang silaturahmi dan penguatan kebersamaan antar sesama mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini menjadi wadah bagi para mahasiswa untuk saling mengenal, berbagi pengalaman, dan menjalin hubungan yang lebih erat dalam lingkungan akademik.

Gathering ini merupakan momentum penting bagi mahasiswa MKOM UGM untuk membangun jejaring dan memperkuat ikatan kekeluargaan. Dalam suasana santai dan penuh keakraban, para peserta dapat bertukar cerita dan pengalaman seputar perkuliahan, penelitian, serta tantangan di dunia akademik.

Selain itu, interaksi lintas angkatan memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk saling belajar dan memperoleh wawasan baru, mendukung semangat pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkualitas. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan SDG 4 (Quality Education). Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa dapat bertukar ide dan berbagi wawasan tentang perkembangan ilmu komputer serta perannya dalam memecahkan berbagai permasalahan global.

Dalam diskusi santai selama gathering, mahasiswa juga membahas berbagai tantangan dan peluang di bidang teknologi yang dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pembahasan ini selaras dengan SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) dan SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), di mana teknologi memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan solusi inovatif yang mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kehidupan di perkotaan.

Sebagai calon ilmuwan dan praktisi di bidang teknologi, mahasiswa MKOM UGM memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan inovasi yang dapat membantu membangun infrastruktur digital yang lebih inklusif serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat.

Selain diskusi dan refleksi, gathering ini juga diisi dengan berbagai aktivitas yang mempererat kebersamaan, seperti permainan tim dan sesi interaksi santai. Suasana yang penuh semangat dan kekeluargaan menegaskan bahwa komunitas akademik tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki nilai sosial yang kuat.

Gathering mahasiswa MKOM UGM 2025 menjadi bukti bahwa kebersamaan dalam lingkungan akademik dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan semangat kolaborasi, mahasiswa berkomitmen untuk terus berkontribusi dalam dunia ilmu komputer dan teknologi demi masa depan yang lebih baik.
