HIMAKOM DIKE UGM Gelar Among Tamu 2025 Bersama HIMA ILKOM UNNES

Yogyakarta, 25 Mei 2025 – Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Komputer (HIMAKOM) DIKE UGM menyelenggarakan kegiatan Among Tamu bersama Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Komputer (HIMA Ilkom) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) pada Minggu, 25 Mei 2025, bertempat di Gedung S1 FMIPA UGM. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mempererat silaturahmi sekaligus membuka ruang kolaborasi antarhimpunan dalam bidang organisasi, akademik, maupun pengembangan mahasiswa.

Acara dimulai sejak pagi dengan briefing panitia dan persiapan ruangan serta perlengkapan di Gedung S1 FMIPA UGM. Kemudian rombongan HIMA Ilkom UNNES tiba di kampus FMIPA dan langsung disambut hangat oleh panitia. Seluruh peserta kemudian diarahkan menuju ruang S1-202 untuk mengikuti rangkaian acara utama.

Pembukaan berlangsung pada pukul 08.35 WIB dengan doa bersama, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, serta sambutan dari ketua panitia, ketua HIMA Ilkom UNNES, dan ketua HIMAKOM UGM. Setelah itu, masing-masing himpunan memaparkan profil organisasinya, mulai dari visi dan misi, struktur organisasi, hingga program kerja unggulan. Sesi ini berlangsung interaktif karena para peserta antusias bertanya dan berdiskusi mengenai pengalaman berorganisasi di kedua himpunan.

Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) di ruang S1-212 dan S1-213. Peserta dibagi ke dalam kelompok sesuai divisi, yaitu divisi Sekretaris-Bendahara HIMAKOM bersama Pengurus Harian HIMA Ilkom, divisi Skill Development dengan Minat dan Bakat, hingga divisi Sponsorship and Fundraising dengan Ekonomi Kreatif. Diskusi kelompok ini menjadi wadah berbagi pengalaman sekaligus membangun ide-ide kolaborasi program kerja di masa mendatang.

Setelah makan siang bersama, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan tur kampus FMIPA UGM. Peserta dibagi ke dalam tiga batch, masing-masing terdiri dari sekitar 35 orang. Tur dipandu oleh panitia dengan rute mulai dari lantai 5 Gedung S1, kemudian menuju Departemen Fisika, Gedung Pascasarjana MIPA, Auditorium, Departemen Kimia, Departemen Matematika, dan Gedung SIC. Melalui tur ini, peserta mendapatkan wawasan tentang fasilitas dan sarana pendukung akademik yang ada di FMIPA UGM.

Rangkaian acara ditutup dengan sesi permainan yang berlangsung meriah, penyerahan plakat sebagai simbol persahabatan antarhimpunan, pembacaan kesan pesan, serta foto bersama. Pada sore hari, rombongan HIMA Ilkom UNNES berpamitan dan kembali ke Semarang. Kegiatan Among Tamu ini tidak hanya memperkuat hubungan antarhimpunan, tetapi juga membuka peluang kerja sama strategis bagi pengembangan organisasi mahasiswa di kedua universitas.

Rangkaian kegiatan Among Tamu ini juga mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) dan SDG 17 (Kemitraan untuk Tujuan). Melalui forum diskusi, dan pertukaran pengalaman organisasi, acara ini menjadi wadah pembelajaran kolaboratif yang memperkuat kualitas pendidikan nonformal dan menumbuhkan semangat kemitraan berkelanjutan antarperguruan tinggi di Indonesia.
