HMEI DIKE UGM Laksanakan Studi Banding dengan HIMA Einsten Politeknik Teknologi Nuklir Indonesia (PTN)

Yogyakarta, 11 Mei 2025 – Himpunan Mahasiswa Elektronika dan Instrumentasi (HMEI), DIKE UGM melaksanakan kegiatan studi banding bersama Himpunan Mahasiswa Elektronika Instrumentasi (HIMA Einsten) Politeknik Teknologi Nuklir Indonesia (PTN). Kegiatan ini bertujuan membangun hubungan baik sekaligus mempererat tali persaudaraan antar himpunan lintas kampus. Dengan mengusung tema “Matrix Kolaborasi: Decode, Develop, Deliver”, studi banding yang diselenggarakan pada Minggu, 11 Mei 2025 di ruang kelas FMIPA UGM ini diharapkan menjadi wadah untuk memperkuat kolaborasi yang progresif dan saling mendukung, baik di lingkungan kampus maupun masyarakat luas.

Rangkaian acara diawali dengan sambutan dari ketua pelaksana kedua himpunan, dilanjutkan sambutan resmi oleh Ketua HMEI dan Ketua HIMA Einsten. Masing-masing himpunan kemudian mempresentasikan profil organisasinya, yang mencakup pengenalan kabinet, visi-misi, struktur divisi, serta program kerja unggulan. Selanjutnya, agenda berlanjut ke forum group discussion (FGD) yang dibagi berdasarkan divisi. Sesi ini menjadi ruang berbagi pengalaman dan informasi seputar pelaksanaan program kerja, manajemen organisasi, hingga materi perkuliahan.

Studi banding juga menghadirkan sesi games interaktif untuk menciptakan suasana yang lebih hangat dan akrab. Permainan yang dimainkan meliputi mengoper bola dan merebut kursi dengan iringan musik. Peserta yang kalah akan mendapat pertanyaan seputar materi dasar elektronika dan instrumentasi. Acara kemudian ditutup dengan penyerahan plakat sebagai cendera mata, dilanjutkan sesi dokumentasi dan makan siang bersama untuk mempererat keakraban, kekeluargaan, serta kebersamaan antar himpunan.

Studi banding HMEI UGM dengan HIMA Einsten PTN turut berkontribusi dalam mendukung Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDGs 17: Partnerships for the Goals dan SDGs 4: Quality Education. Melalui kegiatan ini, kedua himpunan dapat saling belajar, berbagi pengetahuan, dan mengembangkan inovasi yang bermanfaat. Kolaborasi yang terjalin diharapkan dapat memperkuat kemitraan serta meningkatkan kualitas, kinerja, dan efektivitas organisasi mahasiswa, sekaligus mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di lingkungan kampus maupun masyarakat luas.
