Visi Misi Magister Elektronika dan Instrumentasi

Visi keilmuan Program Studi Magister Elektronika dan Instrumentasi adalah: menjadi program studi pelopor secara nasional dan unggul di internasional dalam bidang ilmu elektronika dan instrumentasi secara luas khususnya di bidang sistem tertanam, instrumentasi, dan kendali.

Misi Program Studi Magister Elektronika dan Instrumentasi adalah:

  1. Menumbuh-kembangkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan Program Magister Elektronika dan Instrumentasi FMIPA UGM khususnya di bidang sistem tertanam, instrumentasi, dan kendali untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri 4.0 di garis depan dengan lulusan bertaraf Internasional untuk warga masyarakat Indonesia dari semua lapisan dan pelosok tanah air yang berpotensi maju.
  2. ​​Menumbuh-kembangkan pembelajaran yang memiliki kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran rumpun ilmu komputer dan elektronika, merupakan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kualitas umat manusia, baik secara material maupun secara spiritual.
  3. Menumbuh-kembangkan pembelajaran yang didukung dari penelitian di bidang sistem tertanam, instrumentasi, dan kendali baik secara teoretis maupun terapan dan bertaraf Internasional untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bangsa dan negara.
  4. Menumbuh-kembangkan pembelajaran  keilmuan elektronika dan instrumentasi yang bisa diterapkan untuk pengabdian masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan bangsa dan negara.
  5. Menyelenggarakan kegiatan ilmiah tingkat nasional dan internasional untuk mendukung pembelajaran di bidang sistem tertanam, instrumentasi, dan kendali.
  6. Menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang didukung infrastruktur yang memadai, dan didukung dengan penelitian di bidang sistem tertanam, instrumentasi, dan kendali.  serta melaksanakan diseminasi hasil penelitian.
  7. Menyelenggarakan kegiatan publikasi ilmiah secara terpadu dan kolaboratif yang bertaraf internasional bagi dosen dan mahasiswa untuk mendukung pembelajaran di bidang sistem tertanam, instrumentasi, dan kendali.

Tujuan Program Studi Magister Elektronika dan Instrumentasi FMIPA UGM adalah:

  1. Mendidik dan menghasilkan lulusan di bidang elektronika dan instrumentasi khususnya sistem tertanam, instrumentasi, dan kendali yang mampu menjadi ilmuwan, tenaga akademisi, atau profesional yang mempunyai kemampuan akademik tinggi, dan menghasilkan produk-produk penelitian unggulan, baik teori maupun terapan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan bangsa.
  2. Mendidik dan menghasilkan ilmuwan, tenaga akademisi, atau tenaga profesional di bidang Elektronika dan Instrumentasi, yang mampu merancang dan melaksanakan penelitian lanjut baik untuk kebutuhan industri, masyarakat dan pemerintah.
  3. Memperkuat kerjasama riset dan development (RND) dengan industri untuk membantu menghasilkan suatu penelitian yang inovatif untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan industri tersebut dan/atau peneliti senior di bidang Elektronika dan Instrumentasi.
  4. Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan penguasaan materi dan riset dari tenaga pendidik (dosen) di Departemen Ilmu Komputer dan Elektronika dalam bidang ilmu elektronika dan instrumentasi
  5. Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan penguasaan materi dalam rangka melaksanakan tugas mengajar Program Studi Sarjana bidang elektronika dan instrumentasi, serta melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang Doktor.
