The complete technical guides of implementation or the Standard Operational Procedures technical document for each MBKM activity, are available in the Computer Science Study Program FMIPA UGM’s website.

Procedure and Mechanism of the MBKM Internships

In more details, the steps or implementation mechanisms of an MBKM activity within the Undergraduate Program in Computer Science FMIPA UGM are as follows the Figure 3.10:

Procedure and Mechanism of the MBKM Internships

Figure 3.10 Flow Diagram of the Implementation of MBKM Activities

Students attend the explanation/tutorial of the technical implementation session from each MBKM activity, from Supervisor Lecturer of Internships (DP Internship), or from the study program.
The study program or industry partners announce/open the information regarding the acceptance of internship activities via a system.
Students register their participation in MBKM activities in the application system, supported by the required documents.
Industry partners review the required documents from students (or conduct online interviews if necessary). The review results are announced via the system, or via the Undergraduate Program in Computer Science FMIPA UGM’s
website.
Students fill out the equivalent list of Courses, the name of the supervisor lecturer of internship that will be taken from the MBKM activities to the study plan or KRS of the students in the ongoing semester, in the
SIMASTER UGM application.
Students attend all the activities, or MBKM activities from industry partners, and students have to fill out the weekly activities logbook via the application system, SIMASTER application, or application platform announced
by the DP internship.
DP internship, and internship supervisor/instructor team from the industry partners (DP Partner) provide notes, guides, inputs via the application system, or system platform agreed by the industry partners.
Students send the final report of the MBKM activities, for each elective courses MBKM taken by the students according to the KRS. Then, students follow seminar class session and present orally for each MBKM courses (can be
performed online, if necessary) to evaluate the grade reviews from DP internship and/or DP Partner).
DP Internship, DP Partner, and the study program coordinate and clarify (can be performed online, if necessary) the final grade for each equivalent course from the MBKM activities taken by students.
Fill out the final grade for each MBKM course taken by students into the SIMASTER UGM application by the DP internship
Industry partners send certificate, explanation for taking MBKM activities letters to the students, copied to the study program. The delivery of the letters could be through email, or application provided by the study
