Visi dan Misi Program S2 Ilmu Komputer

  • TUJUAN
  • Pada akhir tahun 2050, Program Studi Magister Ilmu Komputer menjadi program studi Magister yang unggul dan inovatif secara internasional dalam bidang ilmu komputer, khususnya pada pengembangan komputasi cerdas dan sains data. 

  • Misi Program Studi Magister Ilmu Komputer adalah: 

    1. Menumbuh-kembangkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan Program Studi Magister Ilmu Komputer FMIPA UGM yang berwawasan kebangsaan dan bertaraf Internasional, bagi lulusan sarjana berbagai bidang ilmu. 
    2. Menumbuh-kembangkan penyelenggaraan kegiatan penelitian inovatif serta publikasi ilmiah terpadu dan kolaboratif yang bertaraf internasional bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. 
    3. Berperan aktif dan kontributif pada pengembangan, penyebaran dan penerapan ilmu bidang komputer melalui kemitraan atau pelayanan kepada masyarakat di berbagai sektor baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

  • Tujuan Program Studi Magister Ilmu Komputer adalah: 

    1. Mendidik dan menghasilkan ilmuwan, tenaga akademisi dan profesional di bidang ilmu komputer khususnya komputasi cerdas dan sains data, yang mempunyai kemampuan akademik tinggi.
    2. Mendidik ilmuwan dan profesional yang mampu mengaplikasikan komputasi cerdas dan sains data untuk kebutuhan masyarakat di berbagai sektor nasional maupun internasional. 
    3. Mengembangkan serta meningkatkan penguasaan materi dan keterampilan mahasiswa sehingga memiliki kompetensi baik untuk melaksanakan tugas mengajar Program Studi Sarjana bidang komputer maupun melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang Doktor.
