Bachelor in Computer Science Program – Industrial Partnership

General Provisions for Industrial Class

  1. The potential destinations of the internship are determined by the study program (see Table below).
  2. Choose one of the companies in the table below and register through asiin.cs.ugm.ac.id. website.
  3. Pass the selection process held by the chosen companies.
  4. Do the Internship period full time, proven by a statement from the company and the attendance list.
  5. Students can choose one of the Industrial Class schemes (explained in the special provisions below).
  6. Input the KRS of the covered subject (explained in the special provisions below) after passing the selection process and before the internship period. 
Special Provision for Industrial Class:
Industrial Class in Computer Science Study Program will have 2 schemes, namely:
  1. 3-month scheme
    1. Requirement:
      • took at least 90 credits minimum
    2. Covered course
      • Industrial Class (3 credits)
  2. 6-month scheme
    1. Requirement:
      • took at least 100 credits minimum
    2. Covered course
      • Seminar (1 credit)
      • Industrial Class (3 credits)
      • Undergraduate Thesis Proposal (2 credits)
      • Undergraduate Thesis (6 credits)
Registration Time
Registration is held from 11 October 2018 – 5 November 2018, for the Internship period in February 2019 –  August 2019.
Registration Place: Go to asiin.cs.ugm.ac.id and select the Industrial Class menu, and prepare the required documents in a softfile.

3. Transcripts
4. KI Statement Letter
Put the documents in one folder, compress it to a .zip files and upload it to the web as a registration requirement.
