The seminar discusses Amazon as a global provider of infrastructure that can be accessed through cloud technology and various services, as well as educational programs for the general public. Ms. Shang Gao, Ph.D, Amazon’s eduate program manager presents how the company provides cloud services to support the diverse needs of data placement and storage to its bigdata and analytic services. It is certainly very appropriate to support and prepare UGM students to gain knowledge and skills of cloud technology that approximate the needs of the industry, as presented by Dr. Azhari SN, MT in the opening of the event as Secretary of the Department.
