Vision and Mission for Undergraduate Program in Computer Science

VISION

By 2028 we envision to become an internationally well-known bachelor degree program in computer science as well as to become a nationally leading program in offering education, research, and community services especially in the field of computer science with focuses on intelligent system, computation, data science, and computer system & networking.

MISSION

The mission of the Computer Science Undergraduate Study Program, Universitas Gadjah Mada, is to develop and improve the quality and process of education in order to produce international-level graduates by:

1. Developing and improving the quality of lecturers, students, and graduates in basic research and its applications to support the development of computer science for national and universal prosperity,
2. Increasing the number of educational and research collaborations with both local and foreign universities and industries, and
3. Carrying out the “Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi” duties, namely education, research and community services.
